This holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a four storey, multifamily house in a neighborhood only 10 minutes on foot from the beach. The building sits on a road with little through traffic.
It boasts three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed each (140 x 200 cm); the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The modern living room is furnished with a sectional and a matching coffee table, a 42" cable TV and a dining nook. The fully furnished, new kitchen is equipped with a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker a microwave, a toaster and a dishwasher. The bathroom with a shower is lit by differently coloured LED lamps. Each room has a ceiling fan and the windows have bars, so you can sleep with the windows open. The living room and the bathroom have electric heating.
A wrought iron door leads from the kitchen to the patio (inner courtyard), furnished with a table and matching chairs and a washing machine. Parking is available right outside of the house. Wireless internet access is available free of charge.
The closest beach is just ten minutes on foot from the apartment. After only 20 meters you will find a large mall with a supermarket, restaurants, shops, cinemas and a laundrette.
