Modern, cosy holiday house with a terrace and a garden

The detached holiday house of around 100m² is quietly situated, but nevertheless near the centre, on a cul-de-sac in Bad Sachsa.
The two floors provide everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. The house can accommodate a total of six people. The ground floor has a guest WC, a big living and dining room with satellite TV and a separate kitchen with a stove, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. The three bedrooms and the bathroom are on the upper floor. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and one with a single bed (90 x 200cm). There is a washing machine in the kitchen. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the house. Gas heating provides pleasant warmth on cooler days.
The big terrace and the fully fenced garden of around 700m² round off the picture. There are four parking spaces in site and a garage can be booked in addition.
ATTENTION : The additional costs (costs on site) such as final cleaning, dog, visitor's tax and deposit etc. must be transferred before the start of the journey.
There are restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. You can access Ravensberg with the cable car (2km away). Apart from a range of activities such as hiking and cycling, there are excellent fishing spots in the area, for example the fishing ponds between the River Uffe and the road to Wieda/Walkenried, the Bad Sachsa Pferdeteich pond near the Salztal paradise, the Kranich pond in Bad Sachsa Neuhof, or the Walkenried pond landscape laid out by monks and of cultural-historical significance.

    “Positiv: Alles vor Ort was man braucht. Ausstattung im Ferienhaus ohne Beanstandung und im Ort selbst gibt's auch viel zu erleben, siehe Ausflugstipps. Freizeit: Kletterhalle Bascamp, Eislaufen, Wanderungen zur Burgruine Sachsenstein und auf den Ravensberg.”

    “Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung war perfekt, sehr hübsch war alles weihnachtlich dekoriert und es war top sauber und sehr gemütlich. Betten waren super, die Matratzen ebenfalls sehr bequem. Die Lage des Hauses ist prima, man war sehr schnell beim Bäcker bzw. in der Innenstadt. Alles war gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mehr als ansprechend!”

    “We zijn veertien dagen met vier volwassenen in het vakantiehuis geweest. Het is ons zeer goed bevallen. Het was een ruim en mooi ingericht huis. Alles was voldoende aanwezig.”
