This pretty stone house is located in the small place Drvenik at the popular Riviera of Makarska. In the ground floor there is the kitchen with living-area and inner stairs (lowest ceiling height is 170cm) which lead you in the upper floor with spacious bedroom and bathroom. The terrace with barbecue is separated by a walkway. Take a trip to the island of Hvar with direct ferry connection. In only about 30 minutes by car you will reach the town Makarska mit several leisure offers.

    “Die Vermieter dieses netten alten Steinhauses sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ok, man hört nachts lediglich die LKWs. Parkplatzmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Der Strand ist 500 m entfernt und einen Fitness-Parkur hat man auch vor der Haustüre. Man hat direkte Nachbarn, welche zum Teil ihren ganzen Müll aussen lagern, optisch gesehen, nicht so toll.

    Das Haus selbst wird für 2-4 Personen angeboten, wo bei es für 2 Personen ok ist, mehr würde ich dort aber nicht übernachten lassen. Es fehlte ein wenig an Basic-Ausstattung.”
