    “sehr gepflegtes realtiv neues Objekt mit sehr liebenswürdigen Vermietern. Die Einrichtung ist zeitgemäß und ohne Mängel. Die FW befinden sich in der ersten Etage mit separatem Eingang.
    Beide FW gehen von einem gemeinsamen Hausflur ab.
    Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf der Meerseite. Man schläft mit Meeresrauschen ein und erwacht mit Selbigen. Die Terrassen vor den Schlafzimmern gewähren einen einmaligen Blick über die Adria, besonders zum Sonnenuntergang. Im Objekt gibt es kein WLAN/Internet, perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub für uns alle die mal "offline" sein wollen.
    Die Vermieter bewohnen die untere Etage.
    Das gesamte Objekt ist super gepflegt. Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind entsprechend der möglichen Gästezahl vorhanden. Die Liegeflächen befinden sich ca. 2m über der Wasseroberfläche, welche über Treppen zur Badeplattform erreicht werden. Die Wasserqualität ist hervorragend, klar wie in einer Badewanne. Der Blick bis zu 4m Tiefe ist ungetrübt.
    Der Meeresboden ist steinig, Badeschuhe, auch wegen der vielen Seeigel, erforderlich.
    Hinweis: Das Objekt ist aber wegen der bereits an der Badeplattform gemessenen Wassertief von gut 60 - 80 cm (Ebbe/Flut) für Kleinkinder und Nichtschwimmer ungeeignet.! Das Objekt liegt dierkt an der Küstenstraße (E 65), was aber nicht weiter störend wirkt, da der Verkehr relativ gering ist. ( Nachts gleich Null).”

    “Die Ferienwohnung war genau wie im Angebot beschrieben. Es war sehr sauber und die Vermieter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist die doch recht große Entfernung zu Geschäften und Restaurants. Aber uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir das gerne in Kauf nehmen. Auch die Kinder (11 und 13 J.) waren begeistert.”
