An Eldorado for children and adults. The house was originally a hotel that has been converted into a holiday home with numerous activities for the whole family. With its 350 m² of living space, it offers enough room for two to three families. In addition to the large pool room with swimming pool and whirlpool for six people, it also has two activity rooms. One room is equipped with table football, while the other is a games room with a pool table. There are seven bedrooms, all located on the 1st floor. Please note that bedroom no. 6 has no windows.
There is a bouncy cushion in the enclosed garden. The house owns 10% of Lake Ramten, where guests can fish for free from the jetty or from the shore. It is only a five-minute walk from the house to the lake. The beautiful Lübker Golf Resort is just a few kilometres away.
