This charming country house belongs to the municipality of Alhaurín de la Torre and the metropolitan area of Málaga, but is located in a rural zone outside the modern urban extensions on the northern foothills of the Sierra de Mijas mountain range. The property comprises a beautiful, large Mediterranean garden with roses, jasmine, palm trees and a garden pavilion next to the private pool. The comfortable vacation home, including the various terraces and a veranda, extends over several levels. This offers you and your loved ones plenty of space to relax and be together. From the terraces you have a good view over your own garden, the mountains and the region, which was traditionally known for its lime and orange tree groves. For your peace of mind, the house is equipped with security features.
The living area with fireplace, the kitchen, one of the bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and a further bathroom are on the main floor. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, both of which have access to a terrace, the fourth bedroom and the third bathroom. From the kitchen you can access the basement, where there is another living area with a fireplace. Firewood costs extra, but is free in winter.

50 m from the vacation home is an idyllic footpath to the Jarapalos Nature Park, where you can walk several kilometers to the right surrounded by pine trees. If you turn left from the house, you will reach Alhaurin de la Torre after 3 km. The Lauro Golf course can be reached quickly by car. Torremolinos on the Costa del Sol, one of Spain's best-known vacation resorts, and the nearest beach are about 30 minutes away by car. The lively city center of Málaga and the exciting marina of Benalmádena are both around 45 minutes away.

    “Alle Zimmer sehr sauber, nur die Küche ist für 8 Personen nicht ausreichend eingerichtet (Töpfe, Pfannen ...). Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen Lage.”

    “Vi er netop kommet hjem fra en uges ferie i dette fantastiske feriehus. Der er ikke en finger at sætte på udlejer, huset, omgivelserne og poolen. Desværre var vi utroligt generet af nabo huset, hvilket var ubeboet, men de havde en schæfer hund til at gå på området ved huset, som gøede tæt på 24 timer i døgnet, særligt om natten var det til virkelig stor gene. Huset i sig selv var lækkert, hyggeligt og autentisk, men det ødelagde lidt oplevelsen at, der konstant var larm var hunden. Generelt var området præget af mange hunde, så når først en gik igang, stoppede de ikke lige sådan igen. Det var virkelig en skam, eftersom huset ellers ligger ret ugeneret og i et område der indbyder til ro og afslapning.”
