Your generous holiday apartment is on the ground floor of an attractive Jugendstil villa right in the centre of Quedlinburg, in a quiet location.Large, barrier-free ground-floor apartment, newly renovated in 2016, in a quiet and central location, ideal for your next town trip

The apartment was renovated just recently in 2016 and provides an ample 165m² of space for eight adults. It is possible to add supplementary beds for one or two children in the parents’ bedroom. This holiday apartment is tastefully and decoratively furnished and provides an ideal setting for your stay in this thousand-year-old timber-framed town that is very much worth a visit.

The apartment comprises four separate bedrooms with box spring beds measuring 180 x 200cm and in some cases a modern TV. All the bedrooms can be darkened with outdoor blinds. There are two modern bathrooms with walk-in shower, a double washbasin and pleasant under-floor heating. A washing machine is also available. The central meeting place in the apartment is the generous living room with a lovely XXL real leather, U-shaped sofa, providing space for all guests in front of the modern flatscreen TV. The living room provides access to the brand new built-in kitchen, which is fully-equipped and has a big dining table for eight people.

The living room also opens onto the lovely sunny terrace with outdoor seating.

There is a stair lift for wheelchair users by the few steps to the apartment. The apartment is barrier-free and non-smoking. It is only 350 metres to the historical market square. Several good restaurants, cafes, a bakery and a butcher, as well as some specialist shops can be found nearby. Sturdy footwear is recommended for your explorations, as the thousand-year-old Quedlinburg, a UNESCO world cultural heritage site, has many cobbled streets. There are public car parks, in some cases payable by day, in Mummental and the surrounding streets.

    “Wir haben eine wunderschöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung vorgefunden, die genau den Erwartungen entsprach, die wir aufgrund der Beschreibung und den Bildern im Internet hatten. Die große Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet (insbesondere auch die moderne Küche) - wir haben nichts vermisst und uns direkt wohl gefühlt.

    Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Innenstadt - es sind nur wenige Gehminuten ins Zentrum. Bäckereien und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar gewesen, so dass die Verpflegung kein Problem war. Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub in dieser Wohnung genossen und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.”

    “Sehr geräumige und wunderschön eingerichtete Altbauwohnung. Die Küche und auch der Rest der Wohnung sind komplett ausgestattet. Auch mit 8 Personen und täglich 2 Mahlzeiten in der Wohnung gab es keinen Engpass an Geschirr und es war genügend Platz für alle - sogar mit Kind und Hund. Schlafzimmer und Bäder befinden sich im vorderen Teil der Wohnung, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Terrasse etwas abgetrennt dahinter. So kann man auch schön zusammensitzen, ohne die, die schon oder noch schlafen zu stören. Mit nur wenigen Schritten erreicht man die Fußgängerzone von Quedlinburg, aber auch zum Stadtpark und zur Bode ist es nicht weit. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gern wieder!”
