Holiday apartment in a two-family house, 1 km from Monte San Savino. The owner lives on site, at 50 m. At guests’ disposal: equipped garden and gazebo, above the ground pool, barbecue. Swing and billiard room. Baby bed and high chair at free disposal. We suggest an excursion to Lake Trasimeno with its equipped beaches (30 km) and to Cortona, surrounded by Etruscan walls and overlooking the Valdichiana Valley (30 km). The position is perfect to easily reach the most interesting cities of Tuscany like Florence, Arezzo, Siena and of Umbria such as Perugia, Assisi. The bedroom with 3 beds on the first floor is without door.
