Two holiday apartments with a panoramic sea view and a traditional stone grill in the shared garden

These two light and spacious holiday apartments are within walking distance of the beach in a quiet residential area in the little coastal town of Petrcane along the sunny Adriatic coast of Dalmatia, above the historical harbour town of Zadar.

The apartments are in a two-storey residential house from the year 1980 that consists of a total of three apartments, of which two are let out as holiday accommodation, while the third is occupied by the owner.

Down in the enclosed green garden, an extensive sun terrace with a traditional stone grill invites you to enjoy leisurely meals together outdoors. If you arrive by car you can use the secure parking spaces right in front of the house.

Although the owner is always mindful of your privacy, he is available to assist with any queries.

The apartments are a little less than 150 metres from the sea and the nearest beach. It is about 300 metres to the centre of Petrcane with shops and good gastronomy. The nearest shops, cafes and restaurants are only about 100 metres away. You should definitely make time to visit the historical harbour town of Zadar about 12km away.

This studio apartment is situated in Punta Skala, Petrčane, a tourist place near Zadar.

You can enjoy an extensive view over the deep blue Adriatic from your living room window.

The cosy, air-conditioned (cool/warm) studio apartment on the ground floor of the two-storey residential house provides a light living and dining room with an integrated kitchen unit and a daylight bathroom. The living room has a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen unit next to it is equipped with a four-zone electric stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee machine and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The bathroom is fitted with a spacious shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall cupboard and mirror, and a toilet. The house has a washing machine for shared use. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.

The beach is only 150 m away, supermarket open all day is 100 m away. On the beach you can cheaply rent parasols and deckchair.Neighborhood is very quiet

    “Wohnung war 1a sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht! Es hat auch alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Hausbesitzer war auch sehr freundlich und für alle Fragen offen. Am Strand war man in nicht mal 5 Minuten. Alles zur vollen Zufriedenheit.”

    “Die Wohung ist klein, aber sehr schön. Der Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon aus ist toll.
    In der Wohnung ist alles, was man braucht.
    Der Weg zum Strand ist nur 2 min. Der nächste Supermarkt, eine Eisdiele und ein Bäcker sind auch nur 2 min vom Haus entfernt.
    Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort!”

    “Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und bemüht, dass wir alles hatten was wir brauchten. Die Umgebung war auch sehr schön. Zusätzlich hatten wir einen Balkon nur für uns und noch einen Tisch im Garten neben dem Grill. Die Umgebung war auch sehr ruhig, angenehm und erholsam.”
