This charming and bright apartment is part of a small residential complex 200 meters from the beach. From your balcony you look out over the directly adjacent pine forest, and on foot you can reach the beautiful sandy beach as well as the town center and marina. 34 km away, Perpignan awaits your visit: the capital of the French Catalonia impresses with many buildings from an impressive past. Golfers of all levels can pursue their hobby on the golf course 9 km away. For even more variety, you can take a trip to Spain: The border is only half an hour away by car, and it will take you about two hours to get to Barcelona. Look forward to long hikes in the hinterland or in the very nearby foothills of the Pyrenees. In the high season Argelès-sur-Mer is a very lively seaside resort. Then, during the summer, various events are held here to maintain and celebrate the local folklore.     “Appartement correct. Appareils ménagers à disposition (cafetière,grille pain, bouilloire, aspirateur etc ..). Bonne situation (proche des commerces et de la mer) Résidence assez calme, sécurisée (porte d'entrée fermée à 22h), parking pour la voiture.”
