It is very close to the beach at the Thülsfeld dam. The cycling and hiking paths invite you to explore the natural surroundings.The two-storey holiday house with a terrace that cannot be looked into provides 67m² of living space. The ground floor comprises a short hallway, a bedroom, a shower room with a WC, a living room with an integrated kitchen and stairs to the upper floor, where you can find the second bedroom and a luggage room. The double rooms have comfortable single beds measuring 90 x 200cm. The bed linen measures 155 x 220cm. The generous kitchen is equipped with all the standard appliances, including an induction hob, a fridge and freezer and a raised oven. The living room that is open towards the kitchen has a large LED TV and a Blu-ray and radio system. The furniture is custom-made and matches the living room harmoniously. The bathroom has a washbasin, a walk-in shower, a WC and a washing machine.The south-facing terrace has terrace furniture and cannot be looked into from the neighbouring houses. The garden provides space to sunbathe or play. There are two bicycles in the garden shed. A garden shower, a grill, garden games and furniture are also available.There are walking and cycle paths. You can find gastronomic establishments nearby (150 metres), as well as attractive playgrounds. The climbing forest is right by the dam and there is an animal park 2km away. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a course 4km away. It is about 9km to shopping facilities. It is worth going on a trip to Cloppenburg 12km away.
