Semi-detached holiday home with shared pool, 1 km from the center of Poggio Mirteto, plunged in the green countryside; thanks to its dominant position on the side of a hill, it benefits from a beautiful view over the city, the Tiber valley and Mount Soratte. The interiors are spacious and functional. On the main floor of the villa, in front of the kitchen, a large covered terrace allows you to have meals al fresco or to experience moments of relaxation while enjoying the beautiful view. Guests have access to the large panoramic swimming pool, with changing room and showers in the basement near the pool area. In the well-kept park there are several green areas which allow Guests to enjoy walks or picnics among the olive trees or in front of the ancient fountain, wisely recovered. We are located in the "Sabina" countryside, an area offering many entertainment opportunities, from trekking to kayaking on the Tiber, as well as countless fascinating destinations for art and history enthusiasts: Rome is only 58 km, the lake of Bracciano 60 km and Viterbo with the thermal baths at 73 km, the beach for a day at the seaside is 96 km away. Swimming pool and garden are in shared use with the family that lives in the other portion of the house. In the nearby property Guests can use tennis courts for a fee. Parking available within the property, mosquito nets on all windows; a spiral staircase connects the different floors.

    “We went in may 2017 and we can strongly recommend this house.The owner Guiseppe is very helpful and always reachable if necessary. The house lays on a beautiful hill and has a wonderful view overlooking the area and the olive trees that belongs to the property. The pool area is perfect with sunbeds and parasols and we spent many hours just relaxing there with our children. In the garden there are fruit trees and a fishpond to enjoy. The kitchen is very well equipped with all you need and more. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable and the house is so big that you can easily stay two families without disturbing each other. We had a wonderful stay.”
