    “Vi hyrde denna lägenhet under juli månad under 10 dagar och är väldigt nöjda med lägenheten.
    God standard med bra AC och kök som fungerade enligt alla våra behov. Fräsch lägenhet med två
    badrum vilket var viktigt för oss som var där med tre barn. Skönt att alla kunde ha ett eget rum
    och rymligt med gemensamma utrymmen med tv och matrum. Wi fit sträckte sig till nästan hela
    lägenheten vilket barnen uppskattade mycket. Lägenheten är belägen mitt i stan vilket var mycket
    skönt eftersom vi hade nära till allt, både till shopping och restauranger och caféer. Stranden
    promenerade vi till varje dag utan större problem, barnen var lite trötta på vägen hem men för
    oss som har väldigt aktiva barn var det en fördel då vi kunde ha lite lugnare kvällar utan för
    mycket spring i benen. Uthyraren var mycket hjälpsam och vi kunde fråga om diverse saker såsom
    biluthyrning och andra saker vilket underlättade vår vistelse. Överlag är vi mycket nöjda med
    lägenheten och vår vistelse i Alicante. Vi ger lägenheten en stark 4 i Atraveo hus omdöme då
    det enda som hade varit fantastiskt att ha är en terass men annars är vi mycket nöjda.”

    “Wir haben Anfang Mai 2017 fünf Tage mit vier Erwachsenen in der Wohnung verbracht. Sie war sauber und hat eine gute Raumaufteilung. Die Lage ist perfekt, denn die Altstadt ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Form von Supermarkt (5 Minuten) , Einkaufsstraße und Mango- Outlet (10 Minuten) sehr gut zu erreichen.

    Bis zum Strand braucht man ca. 15 Minuten. Um zum Flughafen zu gelangen, kann man den Bahnhof in etwa 15 Minuten erreichen.”

    “Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind Anfang November in dieser Wohnung. Eine gut eingerichtete und ausgestattete Wohnung zentral in Alicante gelegen. 10-15 Min zur Tram (Haltestelle Mercado) mit der man den Strand von San Juan und die Küste gut und günstig erreichen kann. Die Wohnung war sauber. Es gab keine Beanstandungen. Auch die räumliche Aufteilung sorgt dafür, dass man sich abends in Küche und Wohnzimmer unterhalten kann ohne die Schlafenden zu stören. Bei der typisch spanischen Bausubstanz ist das nicht selbstverständlich. Der Vermieter spricht gut verständliches Deutsch. Die Organisation mit Schlüsselübergabe, An- und Abreise war kein Problem.”
