2 Ping Pool Villas - 2 spacious and stunningly designed Villas with large private Infinity-edge Swimming Pools and beautiful views over the Ping River and mountains.

Right at the edge of the Ping River just at the green outskirts of Chiang Mai the Villa is conveniently located north of town between the city and main attractions of Chiang Mai in Mae Rim area and Mae Sa Valley.

The 2 Villas have stunning private infinity edge salt water swimming pools each (the larger 11x4m) with Jacuzzi massage jet systems.
The villas features large private garden areas and fantastic uninterrupted sunset views over the Mae Ping river and towards the Doi Suthep mountain range.
Outdoor day-beds, garden benches and a river "sala" gazebo are an ideal place for you to relax, unwind and enjoy the fantastic scenery.

Both Villas Ping Pool Villa 1 and Ping Pool Villa 2) can also be booked separately. This offer refers to booking of both villas together for larger group of friends or families.
The Villas are connectable through a garden gate, the 2 connectable Villas have 10 AC bed rooms: (8 double bedrooms with enclosed individual spacious bathrooms and 2 gallery/mansarde bed rooms under the roof which have to share a bathroom with one of the other bedrooms with separate entrance to the bath rooms – “guests of the additional mansard bedroom do not have to pass the master bedroom to use the shared bathroom”).
One unit has a free standing bathtub, another one a Jacuzzi tub. All other bathrooms have spacious rain shower areas.
Each villa features a living room, a lot of outside roofed veranda space.
There are spacious western and Thai kitchen areas, completely equipped with oven, electric and gas stove, large fridges, microwave, espresso machines…
This villas offers large indoor and outdoor living space with ample sitting areas for lounging, relaxing, or enjoying a party or relaxing time at your private pool overlooking the Ping River and mountain range. All rooms have attached veranda and balcony space – river and pool view.

The Villas are not inside the city but just at the outskirt of the city area. It is an unusual green and tranquil area for being so close to the city. It is (depending on traffic a 20-30 minute drive into the city center. 10-15 minutes to one of the best international supermarkets or main shopping centers. 10 minutes or bicycling distance to the municipality office or the trade exhibition center.
As we are close to the ring road it is sometimes faster to reach different points of interest in the city and especially around the city from our location than from inside the city because of traffic congestion in the city. It is very convenient and faster to go to main tourist attractions around Chiang Mai.
We also provide free bicycles which can be used for small shopping or tours in the area as for example a 20 minutes ride to the Huay Tueng Tao lake (also called "Chiang Mai beach") or some cycling along the river.

The style of the villas can be described as “contemporary Thai tropical” with a “minimalist loft touch”, simple and “uncluttered”. The Villa features high ceilings and a lot of ceiling high glass sliding doors to enjoy the exceptional views.
The Villa is purpose built as a perfect private vacation retreat for family groups or groups of friends of 20 persons with additional beds possible for up to 26 guests (including children).
