Comfortable holiday apartment with a great sea-view terrace right by the beach
This holiday apartment provides particularly charming accommodation for a holiday by the sea on the Adriatic coast of Puglia. It is right by the beach at Contrada Capitolo, part of Monopoli.
The apartment is on the first floor of a private villa and provides around 60m² of living space. The apartment is accessed up a spiral staircase. The spacious living room-kitchen features friendly colours and has a well-equipped built-in kitchen with a gas stove, oven, fridge and freezer and other practical kitchen appliances. In the centre of the room there is a dining table with chairs. The sofa can be pulled out as two single beds. There are also two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 x 190cm) and one with two single beds (80 x 190cm). The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle and a WC. Wireless Internet access is available. As the apartment has radiators, it provides ideal accommodation all year round. There is no air conditioning for the warm season, but fans are available. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Bed linen and towels can be provided at a supplementary charge. A free WiFi-internet connection is available.
The highlight of the apartment is a ca. 300m² terrace with a wonderful view of the sea. It has deckchairs and invites you to relax and sunbathe. There are also chairs and a table for meals outdoors and ending the day with a glass of wine. There are two car parking spaces in the courtyard. The site has private access to the beach just 20 metres away.
Pets are not allowed. The apartment does not have a washing machine.
The centre of Monopoli is about 7km away and offers a good range of shops. There are restaurants and a grocery shop within about 400 metres.
