For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt water. In the house: lift. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bar 100 m, railway station 300 m, sandy beach 600 m. Nearby attractions: Aquapark 2 km, Cocodrilo Park 2 km, Malaga Aeropuerto 7 km, Benalmadena-Puerto Marina 8 km, Fuengirola 20 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Access to the beach is via stairs, a public lift or by road.

    “The view of the apartment was amazing. However, when we arrived we noticed the air was quite dirty and therefore cleaned the apartment ourselves. This had a good effect. Reason for us to be so careful about this is our middle daughter who has asthma and is really sensitive to this. Furthermore, the general state of the apartment was average.     “Localisation idéale pour visiter la grande région de Malaga, car à quelques minutes à peine de la station de train de Torremolinos, des restaurants, commerces et de la plage. L'appartement est propre, fraîchement rénové et climatisé. Literie confortable. Les lits simples de la chambres arrière sont des lits gigognes, il est possible de les transformer en lits doubles. La terrasse est grande et la vue est grandiose. Le mobilier de la terrasse est le seul bémol de l'appartement; il est fonctionnel et confortable, mais un peu passé. Nous avons adoré le séjour dans cet appartement.”
