Beautiful cottage from the 18th century, located in Gemla, which is 8 km from Alvesta. The renovated holiday house with a beautiful terrace and is set in beautiful surroundings. The annex houses the sauna, a shower and a locker room. The owner lives in the other house on the farm. Also available is a boat aud the river Helige (Mörrumsån). The old canoe trail starts in Asa, 3 km north of Växjö. In the neighborhood there are beautiful lakes behind is larger water at Helgasjön, behind it is faster down to Salen and then back into the lake. One kilometer away is a public swimming area, and the lake Furen is close. If you want to eat well, you may select the remote a few steps Restaurant at Villa Granholm in Gemla.

    “Prachtige ligging. Schattig huisje. Nadeel is het lage plafond. Interieur wat verouderd, maar comfortabel. De slaapkamer beneden heeft een los bed en een stapelbed. Voor lange mensen is het stapelbed te kort. De slaapkamer boven heeft comfortabele bedden. Alles is enigszins verouderd.
    Eigenaar woont op terrein. Hij is buitengewoon vriendelijk. Vanuit het huis loop je zo het bos in. De rivier is vlakbij. De roeiboot is te leen. Een buitenboordmotor is voor weinig geld te huur. Je kunt lekker zwemmen en de rivier is smal maar prachtig. Vissen kan ook.
    In de tuin is voldoende aanwezig om te relaxen. Er is veel gras waar kinderen kunnen spellen. Er is ook een ruimte met een bbq en waar een dartbord hangt.”
