Picturesque Rovinj is located on the west coast of Istria and is often called one of the most beautiful towns in Croatia. Every step leads to the Venetian era, which can be seen in every corner of this labyrinth of alleys. Colorful houses of the old town, monuments, restaurants and cafes will lead you to the Church of St. Eufemija, which towers over the old town as a landmark. Climb up the bell tower and enjoy the enchanting view that stretches from the crystal clear sea to the picturesque chimneys of the old town. Beach lovers, in addition to history buffs, will also get their money's worth here, as gorgeous beaches and coves adorn the Rovinj Riviera. Popular are the beach Baluota, below the Sv. Eufemija and the beaches at the "Golden Cape", such as the beach Lone. Rocky coves or shallow pebble beaches, there is something for everyone.
