The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, children's playground, swing, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, hollywood swing and court.

The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 50 m). In winter there are snow chains recommended.
