As soon as you enter the entrance hall you immediately notice that this is a truly extraordinary holiday home. To the left and right are the two living wings, each part houses a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen with access to the terrace. From the staircase in the entrance hall you go to the upper floors, which are again divided into two parts, each with three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are suites with private terraces with stunning views of the property. All bedrooms have their own air conditioning and TV.
A spacious, partially covered terrace with two sofa corners and two dining tables extends around the house. From the terrace you can reach the sun terrace via a few steps down to the large 14 m x 7 m infinity swimming pool (depth 0.60 m x 1.90 m), from here a breathtaking view extends over the island to the Tramuntana mountains. There is a small children's pool embedded in the pool, which also functions as a fountain.
There is a mobile grill, a table tennis table and for the little ones, a playground with a slide and a trampoline, so even the little ones will never get bored. There is enough parking space on the property.
