With the Apuan Alps in the background and the beautiful sea in front of it, this functional and modern holiday home enjoys a unique panoramic position from which you can admire the coast of Versilia all the way to the Cinque Terre. From here you can explore both Tuscany and Liguria! Plan excursions to Carrara with its spectacular white marble quarries, to the small hamlets of the Apuan Alps, to Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta, where numerous art and photography exhibitions are organised every summer. In Forte dei Marmi, with its beautiful shops and boutiques, shopping is a must! Also take the opportunity to visit the Cinque Terre National Park, with its paths, castles and five well-preserved picturesque hamlets, each with unique characteristics: Monterosso the oldest, Vernazza the most beautiful, Corniglia the highest, Manarola the largest and Riomaggiore, from which the famous Via dellAmore winds its way into the hills. Visit the charming fishing village of Porto Venere, located at one end of the Golfo dei Poeti, and its beautiful cathedral of San Pietro, built directly over the sea. Sports enthusiasts can go horse riding (5 km), play tennis (6.5 km) and golf (16 km) in the surrounding area, or relax at the thermal springs in the area. The landlord, from whom you can buy olive oil, wine and honey from his own production, will also be happy to give you information about sea fishing (7 km). Please note: Access to the house via 1 km of bumpy gravel road, which is not suitable for sports cars and should be driven on with caution.
