The Cinco Mares complex has a sports centre with 2 pools, 4 tennis courts, 3 paddle courts and 3 frontenis courts. Tenants in this apartment have free access to the pool and showers. This municipality has one of the most popular beaches, and its marina, just 5 nautical miles from the port of Valencia, is the second in size in the province of Valencia and the closest one to Madrid. Furthermore, it offers a wide range of amenities just a few steps from the moorings: supermarkets, a pharmacy, a medical centre, a post office, shops, direct access to the beach, restaurants, taxi and bus line.
