This beautiful holiday home, on a great location right next to the sea and the beach, is situated in the picturesque island place of Njivice. It is created for enjoyment and true relaxation, while at your disposal are two spacious terraces. From the front one you can enjoy a wonderful view of the island and the sea, and from the rear terrace enjoy the shade while preparing tasteful dishes on the grill. There is also a beautifully landscaped garden with Mediterranean greenery. Ground floor consists of a large living room and two bedrooms, and on the first floor are a third bedroom and a dining area with the table which is ideal for playing cards. Minimum ceiling high is approximately 80 cm, while there are rooms which are not on use. Explore the rich history and cultural heritage of this lovely island. Enjoy active vacation and try all possibilities this island offers, such as wakeboarding in Punat, Ski Lift, walking trails in Krk, promenades, gazebos, hiking and biking trails.

    “Traumhaft! Das sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Haus mit großem, gut eingezäuntem Grundstück und schönem Garten liegt nur wenige Meter von mehreren kleineren und größeren, herrlichen Badebuchten entfernt. Das saubere und kristallklare Wasser lädt ein zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln. Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus war einfach ein Traum. Der Kontakt zu dem freundlichen Vermieter war sehr gut. Für uns, 5 Erwachsene, war es ein sehr sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub . Auch unser Hund hat sich wohl gefühlt.”

    “Die Ausstattung ist für uns (2 Familien mit 4 Kindern) perfekt!
    Die Lage ist auch perfekt, direkt am Strand, man braucht nur den Gehweg überqueren und ist am bildschönen Strand.
    Die Altstadt und die Promenade sind ausgezeichnet zum flanieren und jeden Tag köstlich zu Speisen in wunderschönen Restaurants.
    Einfach alles TRAUMHAFT”

    “Tolle Lage und Aussicht!
    Das Haus liegt direkt am sauberen Meer inmitten eines ca.800 Quadratmeter großen Gartens (mit Mauern und dichten Hecken abgegrenzt, somit auch für kleinere Hunde geeignet).
    Der Eigentümer hat das Haus vor kurzem renoviert: 2 schöne Badezimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (gute Matratzen, viel Platz und vielen Kleiderbügeln in den Kästen!) im EG, ein drittes Schlafzimmer im OG ist etwas kleiner. Eine große und auch optisch überzeugende, gut und reichlich mit Geschirr ausgestattete Küche. Die Fotos sind sehr realistisch.
    Die Terrasse ist groß und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Kvarner Bucht. Am Nachmittag wäre eine bessere Beschattung wünschenswert. Dann aber kann man auf die hintere, überdachte Terrasse ausweichen.
    Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer ist unkompliziert und immer sehr zuvorkommend und nett.
    Zu Fuß an der Strandpromenade in ca.10 Min. im hübschen Ferienort Njivice. In der anderen Richtung Spazierwege (teils sogar im kleinen, beschatteten Wäldchen) mit Hund zum Hundestrand (ca 20 Min.) und 2 Strandbars.
    Für uns war es ein schöner, erholsamer Urlaub in einem gut ausgestatteten Haus in ruhiger Umgebung.”
