Beautiful Tuscan style vacation detached house on the hills of Camaiore, surrounded by olive trees. Its position offers a spectacular view of the sea and the entire Camaiore plain. It is accessible from the main road along a private road of about 300 m (the last 150 m unpaved). The house has a parking space on the property, a small pool above ground, a solarium area and a veranda with barbecue for lunches and dinners outside. Ideal solution for those who like to relax in the middle of nature and in absolute privacy and away from city traffic. The lovers of trekking will find here many hiking trails. Do not miss a visit to the village of Casoli 4 km, the land of graffiti artwork reproduced on the walls of the houses. Candalla 2.2 km is an impressive place for its waterfalls that are thrown into natural pools of cold and clear water. Camaiore 5,5 km with its picturesque old town where you can find artistic jewels such as the famous Collegiate Church, the Benedictine Abbey or the Museum of Religious Art and stores of all kinds. Numerous events are organized during the summer. Lido di Camaiore 12 km where you will find bathing establishments, pizzerias, restaurants and a long walk where you can enjoy a splendid view over the coast. Here you can take a picturesque pier that extends 285 meters into the sea Stop to enjoy an excellent aperitif in a bar that is at the end.
