The villa can accommodate 8 adults and 3 children, ideal for a relaxing family vacation. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 1 toilet as well as a fully equipped designer kitchen. The vacation home is attractively decorated with attention to detail and in a minimalist style.
The large floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of light into all rooms. The home automation system allows control of all the villa's equipment: access, lighting, blinds, air conditioning and underfloor heating.
It also has a large heated infinity pool and an outdoor barbecue. Baby crib available on request.
With panoramic views of the Benidorm skyline and the intense blue of the Mediterranean Sea in the background, this is the perfect place to relax.
This vacation villa is located in a quiet area. At the foot of Puigcampana you will find numerous routes for hiking, cycling and climbing.
You are also very close to the lively town of Benidorm, the nearest 9-hole golf course and the 18-hole Villaitana golf course with sports and wellness facilities, and just 5 minutes from the shopping center and the best theme and water parks in Spain. The fine sandy beaches of Benidorm are 5 minutes away.

Please note: The house is not suitable for groups of guests under 30 years of age. Please note that although the pool heating can be activated in the cold season, the water temperature remains slightly cooler as it is an uncovered outdoor pool.
