New apartment fully furnished with good taste, care, and love for two people on the ground floor in a family house with a large garden, private parking. The house is surrounded by greenery in a quiet area in a small village Soši only 4500 m from Umag. An excellent choice for those who want to relax and love to listen to the chirping of birds when they wake up, enjoy some rest in this fantastic setting of the surrounding nature, or go for wonderful bike rides along the nearby cycle paths or simply along the paths of the surrounding countryside. For sea lovers, the beautiful pebble beach of Kanegra is only 5 minutes away by car. The excellent, convenient, and simple restaurant Luciana at 500 m.

The apartment offers a large terrace with table and chairs from which you enter the modern kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, cooker hood, a table, and two chairs, from the kitchen you enter the comfortable bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, bed linen included (weekly change), flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioner, free Wi-Fi internet connection, the bedroom has a complete bathroom with a bidet, toilet, sink with cabinet and mirror and shower cabin. Free private parking in front of the house.

Umag is 4.5 km away (7 minutes by car). Interesting in Umag to visit: via Garibaldi, which leads to Piazza della Liberta ', where the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary is located and the old town with small streets. The city offers various bars, where you can enjoy good coffee. If you need to shop, we recommend Kaufland, Plodine, Spar, or Lidl as they are the most convenient. In Umag, in the summer there are many cultural programs, music and clubbing festivals, concerts and many other things...
