This beautiful villa is located on the island of Krk, in a small town called Vrh. It is the ideal place for a holiday in peaceful surroundings with a view of the beautiful nature. The house offers complete comfort for a family holiday. The ground floor is a spacious "open space" consisting of a kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the covered south and north-facing terrace where you can enjoy the shade and light breeze during the day. The front terrace leads to the pool, which is surrounded by a large sun deck. On the upper floor there is a gallery with a cosy corner for reading and 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The house has underfloor heating and is fully air-conditioned. Each room has a separate control for heating or cooling. The combination of nature, traditional elements and modern architecture makes for a pleasant stay. From the house you can quickly reach the town of Krk, which offers a wide range of tourist attractions: Nature with a typical Mediterranean landscape, narrow streets leading to cultural monuments, picturesque pebble beaches that have contributed to the preservation of Krk's appearance. Many of the beaches have a blue flag as a sign of cleanliness and tidiness, and there are two beaches intended for pets. Other highlights include water sports activities, excursions to the treasure trove of cultural heritage on Koljun or the mystery and richness of the seabed of the island of Plavnik and its beautiful corals. During the summer months, many artists and ensembles, such as the traditional festival in honour of St. Quirina, the patron saint of the town, visit the area. For active holidaymakers, the island offers a number of cycle paths that form a network around the island, diving schools, wakeboarding, hiking trails and promenades along the sea.
