    “Ausstattung:
    Die Ferienwohnung ist aus unserer Sicht sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche/Waschbecken, eine Toilette, ein Essbereich mit offener Küche, ein Wohnzimmer und eine Terrasse.

    Im Bereich der Küche findet man ein umfangreiches Sortiment an Küchengeräten, Besteck, Töpfen, Pfannen, Teller, Tassen, Gläser, Schüsseln, Auflaufformen usw. Größere Küchengeräte wie ein Mini-Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Gas-und Elektroherd in einem Gerät liegen über dem Durchschnitt.

    Eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine sind in die Küchenzeile eingebaut.

    Alle Zimmer sind sehr sauber und wohnlich eingerichtet. Das Interieur entsprach dabei unseren Vorstellungen. Große Wandschränke bieten viel Stauraum.

    Die Terrasse ist einzigartig: Mit ihrer Größe von ca. 7 x 5 m und ihrer Nord-West-Ausrichtung liegt sie zur Mittagszeit beinahe vollständig im Schatten. Somit ist dort ein ganztägiger Aufenthalt trotz hoher Temperaturen möglich.

    Lage/Zustand:
    Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit vielen einzeln stehenden Häusern etwas abgesetzt vom Verkehr der Hauptstraße. Ein Strand ist in 200 m fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Objekt wird mit den Eigentümern (einem wunderbaren, netten, freundlichen und herzlichen älteren Ehepaar) gemeinsam bewohnt. Das Objekt liegt in der ersten Etage und wird über eine Treppe erreicht (Einschränkung für mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen!). Der Zustand des Hauses ist sehr gut.

    Ein Fahrzeug kann auf dem Hof des Grundstücks abgestellt werden, Zugang/Zufahrt über ein codiertes elektrisches Tor.

    Preiswürdigkeit:
    Im Vergleich mit anderen Angeboten betrachten wir das Objekt als preiswürdig.”
