The spacious property with a total of six houses is located directly on the large Labenzer See. Lonely avenues, wonderful forests, countless lakes, wide fields and willow hills dominate the landscape. In the many protected areas, geese, cranes and kingfishers breed and rest. The big one Labenzer See is located near Warin, north-east of Schwerin in the middle of a nature reserve. Here you can perfectly combine nature and culture during your vacation. In the nearby Warin you can stroll through the streets and indulge yourself in one of the restaurants with a delicious fish dish or other local specialties.     “Bettwäsche sauber, Fußböden sauber, Bad sauber, vor der Vermietung müßte mal gelüftet werden, da ein muffiger Geruch im Ferienhaus war. Eine Grundreinigung in der Küche wäre dringend nötig. Die Gläser im Wohnzimmerschrank dürften auch mal entstaubt werden sowie die Kleidung von Vormietern entsorgt werden. Der Maler dürfte wegen der vielen Mückenflecken auch mal Hand anlegen.     “Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allem, was nötig ist, um auch mal ein paar Regentage zu überstehen. Sauber und in gutem Zustand; absolut ideale Lage direkt am See. Totale Ruhe und Entspannung. Toller Brötchenservice von Frau Meier

    - ein kompletter Schrank war voll mit persönlichen Dingen des Besitzers und konnte somit nicht genutzt werden (Jeans, andere Kleidung usw.),
    - für vier Erwachsene nur eine Gartenliege vorhanden,
    - Hollywoodschaukel (wie im Angebot beschrieben) fehlte ganz,
    - Zufahrtsstraße in äußerst schlechtem Zustand.”

    “Die Ausstattung ist sehr einladend. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Für jemanden der die Ruhe nach einem langen arbeitsreichen Jahr liebt ist die Unterkunft empfehlenswert. Wer Aktion sucht sollte dies nicht buchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”

    “Tolles Ferienhaus.War alles vorhanden .Besonderst die Nähe zum See ca.20 Meter.Tolle Küchenausrüstung hat an nichts gefehlt.
    Der Brötchen bring dienst war klasse ,jeden morgen.Und Frau Maier hat immer ein offenes Ohr ,für alle fragen!!!!Rund um alles Klasse .Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.Auch unserem Hund hat es sehr gut gefallen.Macht weiter so.”
