The apartment is located in the Berghof Apartment Complex at an altitude of approximately 900m. The complex is located directly on the ski slope in winter and on a beautiful hiking trail in summer.

On the ground floor is Appartement Kaiserseite, a fully equipped studio that is ideal for 1 to 3 adults or 2 adults with 1 or 2 children. Please note that the fold-out sofa is only 1.20 meters wide and can carry a maximum of 110 pounds.

The apartment is located on the north side of the building, overlooking the beautiful Kaiser mountains.

This apartment is characterized by the perfect layout of the studio. In addition, a beautiful view from the private terrace on the Kaiser mountains. The apartment has a living room with a (sleeping) sofa (200x120), double bed (200x160 and max. 110 Kilogram), TV, dining area and of course a kitchen to make a simple meal. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
