The Umag - Komunela area is loved for its proximity to all necessary facilities. To shop at 100 m the well-equipped ULTRA supermarket with reasonable prices. There is a restaurant near the apartment. In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, or visit the stalls and for the delight of children the playground on the seafront. The supermarket is 500 m from the house. To buy a larger quantity of food it is better to walk a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine.
Nearby there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini-golf course, fishing.
