Villa Iliahtida is a fully restored, beautiful stone building that dates back to 1880. It is located in the center of Maroulas village, just 8 km from the center of Rethymno. The villa covers an area of 150m2 and can accommodate up to 6 persons. It offers 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
On the ground floor, you'll find the living room area with a comfortable sofa, a large dining table, and a satellite TV. There is also a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and next to it, there is a bathroom with a washing machine. On the same floor, you'll discover the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite fully equipped bathroom.
A wooden staircase leads to the second floor, where you'll find two family bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the other has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms on the second floor feature private balconies with fantastic views. Each bedroom is individually air-conditioned, and the villa is equipped with fast Wi-Fi internet access.
In front of the villa, there is an infinity 16m2 private pool with incredible views of the surrounding area and the sea.
Maroulas is a quiet village with a rich historical heritage, situated on the heights above Rethymno, Crete, overlooking the sea from an altitude of 150 meters. It is surrounded by greenery, a spring, and several valleys. Maroulas offers a selection of tavernas, a mini-market, and some cafes for your convenience.
