Three kilometres south of Svaneke, in the charming fishing village of Aarsdale, lies this beautiful holiday home with a wonderful sea view.
The house is undisturbed on a quiet street, very close to the harbour, rocks and sea. The house has two large living rooms furnished with a TV, Chromecast, wood-burning stove, dining area, several cosy seats and a music corner with piano and guitar. You can also look forward to the well-equipped hobby room with table football and darts.
From the living room you have access to a fantastic wooden terrace with sea views, lounge furniture and gas barbecue. There is also another terrace facing the afternoon sun on the other side of the house.
It is only 500 metres to the beautiful bathing rock and 400 metres to the small sandy beach. Aarsdale offers a cosy harbour, a nice playground, a small grocery shop, a smokehouse and last but not least the Mikkeller brewery.
If you have your cycling equipment with you, you can cycle a beautiful route into the hills west of the town and experience the fantastic nature there.
Svaneke is a cornucopia of modern gastronomy. Here you can have a delicious lunch and then buy all kinds of delicacies from the confectionery factory, the chocolate shop, Bülow liquorice or order a typical Gammeldaws ice cream cone from one of the many ice cream parlours. If you want to find out more about the history of the town, you can visit the church with fragments from 1350, the Bechmühle mill from 1629 or the exciting Siemsens Gaard from 1749.
