Cuore di Palme, designed in pure Mediterranean style, is a comfortable farmhouse, consisting of 4 independent flats. It has two large gardens where palm trees are scattered throughout the grounds, an expanse of lawn, and an equipped solarium. The swimming pool is available to guests, who share it. Each flat is fully furnished with one or two bedrooms (double or twin), a kitchen-living room, and a bathroom with shower. The Trilocale flat is about 75 sq m, the Two-room apartment is approximately 45 square metres, and the Mono is approximately 28 square metres.
The swimming pool, about 15 metres from the flats, is always available to guests, with no time restrictions, and is included in the rental price. The flats share a common kitchen with a barbecue in the centre of the garden, in front of them. The washing machine is also shared.
Cuore di palme also has 2 air-conditioning systems per flat (hot and cold), parking inside the property with automatic gate.
The centre of Floridia is only 1 km away (for shopping, restaurants, bars...); Syracuse is 12 km away, the beaches about 15 minutes by car. Among the services: wi-fi internet connection in the flats included in the price.
