Holiday apartment with view onto Lake Garda

The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 2009 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger and children's playground. All facilities of Residence Ruculi can be used (about 3 km): Laundry, restaurant, outdoor pool, children's pool and an indoor pool, sauna and gym. High chair and cot on availability upon reservation.

Location
Tignale, 450 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 2500 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The apartment GAR TIG 006 (8 people) and GAR TIG 007 (6 persons) are located in the same facility. Tignale is a consortium of six villages that are widely spreaded on a plateau above the western lake. This town is the ideal place for total relaxation, away from the crowds at the lake. The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 5 m). Parking lot (for 10 cars) on the property.

Free shuttle bus to the beach from June to early September. The lake has a various entertainment program for all ages, such as mountain biking, windsurfing, sailing, horseback riding or hiking. Free climbing and paragliding are possible too.

    “Sehr empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Wir hatten vom Balkon der Wohnung Nr. 3 einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See. Eine Spülmaschine oder Backofen haben wir nicht vermisst. Eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Der check in über die Residenz Rucoli verlief total problemlos. Es hat uns jemand mit dem Auto begleitet zur Wohnung. Somit kein lästiges suchen. Zum Ort ( Restaurant oder Lebensmittel ) sind es ca. 1.3 km. Ein schöner Spaziergang- unser Hund war jeden Morgen begeistert! Check out ebenso unproblematisch.
    Gerne wieder!”

    “Die Ferienwohnung liegt oberhalb des Gardasees mit einem grandiosen Blick auf eben diesen. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet und bietet sehr guten Komfort. Einziges kleines Manko ist der schon des öfteren erwähnte nicht vorhandene Pool v.a. wenn hinter und schräg unter dem eigenen Objekt bei 30 Grad geplanscht wird. Aber am Ende haben es selbst unsere Kinder verkraftet. Viel schöner ist eh der Sonnenweg zum Wasserfall und das Baden in diesem (wichtig, v.a. oberhalb des Wasserfalls die "Lagunen" muss man erbaden). Zurück zum Objekt, die insgesamt 5 Wohnungen sind nicht hellhörig, sodass man die Nachbarn nicht wirklich wahrnimmt, wenn man das nicht möchte.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem sehr guten, sauberen Zustand und von der Ausstattung ausreichend. Eine tolle Aussicht auf den Gardasee und die beeindruckenden Bergen, wie in der Projektbeschreibung erwähnt. Gepflegtes Grundstück. Die Preiswürdigkeit ist gegeben. Sehr netter Empfang und auch in der Wohnung mit einem Gastgeschenk. Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht”

    “Eine saubere Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick, leider im Erdgeschoss durch Bewuchs sehr verdeckt. Der Wohnraum ist riesig. Um einen langen Herbstabend gemütlich zu verbringen wären noch zwei Sessel wünschenswert, das Sofa ist für vier Personen nicht geeignet. Die Fußbodenheizung war sehr angenehm. Die Schlafzimmer sind untereinander sehr hellhörig. Trotzdem hat es uns sehr gefallen, Parkplatz am Haus, 5 min. zum Einkaufsmarkt. Ein gepflegtes ruhiges Grundstück und natürlich das Klima, wir haben Ende Oktober draußen in der Morgensonne gefrühstückt - einfach herrlich. Dazu die Herbstfärbung der Landschaft - malerisch! Wir bedanken uns für das Gastgeschenk - der Wein hat gut geschmeckt.”
