This spacious and well-equipped first floor apartment welcomes you in a quiet hamlet near Concarneau.

The upper floor is occupied by the discreet owners. French doors in the living room open onto a private terrace sheltered from the wind. The beautiful garden with fruit trees is shared, but is large and therefore offers enough space for everyone. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV, hi-fi system and fireplace.

Concarneau is a lively and picturesque seaside resort with a number of hidden rocky coves as well as lovely south-facing beaches, such as Le Cabellou and Les Sables Blancs. The town is also known for its Ville Close, or old town, set within massive walls and surrounded almost entirely by water. Enjoy the town's stores and restaurants and take advantage of its marina and cozy waterfront cafes. From the port, you can take a ferry boat to the Glénan Islands for an unforgettable day in a nature reserve with crystal clear waters and white sandy beaches. During the summer months, the region hosts several festivals and other events, and many exciting outdoor activities are available.
