Wonderful Holiday Apartment in Monte Faro with Large Terrace

The accommodation is located in Gran Alacant - Santa Pola (Costa Blanca). It is located in a privileged area with an excellent climate most of the year, and with easy and quick access by car to the beach. Very close to commercial area with all kind of services. At 10 minutes by car from Santa Pola or the airport, and 15 minutes from Alicante.



The bungalow has three floors, on the first floor you will find the living-dining room, the kitchen with all the basic electrical appliances and water heater, laundry area, a bedroom with a kangaroo bed of 90 cm each bed and a complete bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has a double bed of 150 cm, another bedroom with two single beds of 90 cm and a complete bathroom with bathtub, bidet and hairdryer. Both bedrooms have a balcony and a large wardrobe, and all of them and the living room have ceiling fans for the hottest periods of the year. On the third floor there are two solariums where you can sunbathe in total privacy.



The bungalow is fenced with private access, and has a large terrace with barbecue, and a space for you to park your car if you wish. The terrace is protected from the sun by an awning and has a large wooden table with 6 armchairs.


The urbanisation has fantastic facilities, such as a large communal swimming pool area with sunshades, paddle and tennis courts, and a multi-purpose court. All courts must be reserved before use.



The accommodation is within a gated community with restricted access, which has a video surveillance system and only residents or their guests can access and enjoy its fantastic facilities. You will have an access card that will allow you to access the urbanisation and all its facilities.


Although the property has a parking space with direct access from the property itself, you will also be able to park your car inside the development in the communal areas.



The beach is only 3 km away, and at a similar distance there is a shopping area with supermarkets, shops, restaurants and entertainment facilities.
