Villa Royal Sunset was built in 2022 in a contemporary style, providing guests with 240 m2 of living space and 728 m2 of the total property. It is 45 metres away from the clean and clear Adriatic Sea, which is a great opportunity for fun, swimming, and diving. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 9 people, while the optimal number is 8, and the villa is a luxuriously modern building that will leave you breathless! You will be comfortably accommodated in 4 double bedrooms and en suite bathrooms with showers.

The villa has a sea view, is fully air-conditioned, and has a modern kitchen and dining room with a table for 10 people. The living room consists of a sofa, coffee table, and TV, and the sofa serves as an extra bed for two more people.

On the outdoor terrace, you will be pleasantly refreshed in a heated pool of 87 m2 and a depth of 30 cm to 1.4 m. The pool has a salt view and contains a hydromassage section. Next to it you will sunbathe and relax on 10 deck chairs. Also, a special benefit of the Royal Sunset Villa is the lounge area next to the pool where you can have fun and enjoy delicious cocktails.

Additional content of the Royal Sunset villa consists of a separate toilet, washing machine, dryer, and iron, and you can use the feeder and baby cot if you come with children on holiday.

The yard of the villa is fully fenced, and there is enough space for children to play and have fun by the pool. You will also love the outdoor charcoal or wood grill, jacuzzi, and outdoor dining table.

There are 3 private parking spaces inside the yard.
