It is located between the church of San Silvestro and the cathedral, also known as the Duomo of Bitonto. 10 minutes from the airport and a rocky beach and 20 minutes from a sandy beach, 4 minutes from the motorway exit and 15 minutes from the center of Bari. The residence is located on the 3rd floor of Vico Massarenghi 17 in Bitonto in the province of Bari, the capital of Puglia.

Available: living room with sofa bed of 191X130 cm2, on which two people can sleep comfortably, kitchen with 2 entrances and window overlooking the terrace is complete with dishes and power strip with multiple electrical sockets for the 2 induction hobs, the kettle, the toaster, the oven, the microwave oven, the espresso machine as well as moka coffee maker, refrigerator with FRESIMAX Flow 7.5 L filter system with digital indicator filter and BPA free. Water with optimal flavor., large and bright bedroom with double bed, single bed and cot for children, bathroom complete with hairdryer, 5 shampoo dispensers, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, intimate soap with shower compartment complete with shower head and shower head, toilet, sink and bidet. Fast WI-FI connection available throughout the house. Also available are 2 Echo Dot (5th generation) - Smart speakers with Alexa integration and Spotify subscription included for music, information and various services, 2 TVs with 2 remote controls, free streaming subscriptions Netflix, Disney Plus, Prime Video, paramount plus and Discovery Plus. The house is located in the heart of the city limited traffic area reachable on foot at the beginning of via ambrosi. Parking is recommended in via castelfidardo or via solferino, not piazza sylos. Parking space agreement at a cost of 10 per day at 450 m.

The apartment is only a 4-minute walk from the center of Bitonto nightlife (Piazza Cavour) where you will find bars, restaurants, pizzerias, cocktail bars, takeaways and much more.
