This beautiful single-storey villa is located just 3 km from the sea in Novigrad and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Velebit mountain. It is a place where the sea and the mountains come together and wild Dalmatian aromatic herbs provide an additional feeling of freshness and pleasure.
The house is isolated in a very quiet area, but is only about 15 km away from Zadar airport. It offers all the necessary amenities you might need while on vacation.
Villa FairyLand is uniquely decorated and offers a total of 4 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and one with a bunk bed.
Of course, there is also a spacious open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, from which you have direct access to the outdoor area with private pool.
When you're not spending your time in the private pool or relaxing on the sun loungers, there are darts, mini football goals, table tennis and a barbecue at your disposal, allowing you to spend the whole day outside.
In short, the villa is ideal for anyone who wants to admire the untouched Mediterranean nature, but at the same time be close to the cultural heritage of Dalmatia. This beautiful family villa is located in the small tourist town of Novigrad, not far from Zadar, one of the most beautiful coastal towns on the Adriatic. If you want to spend your vacation by the sea, you will find beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea only 3 km from the villa. Visit the city of Zadar and stroll through the narrow streets that lead you to the coast, where you can listen to the magical sounds of the sea organ and enjoy the most beautiful sunset.
Within a 50-minute drive you can discover beautiful cultural places such as Zadar, Skradin and Sibenik.
If you are a nature lover, we recommend you to visit the numerous national parks and nature parks located not far from Zadar. Visit Paklenica National Park, the beautiful islands of Kornati National Park or the waterfalls of Krka National Park. After a beautiful but tiring day in nature, relax with a delicious Dalmatian dinner, such as grilled fish, various seafood and crabs or even Pag lamb under the hood. For relaxing moments, visit the small town of Nin and discover the charm of the healing mud and relax your soul and body in one of the many wellness centers.
