This large villa is located in the small holiday village of Vinkuran, close to the sea.
Villa Fani consists of three apartments that are rented together. One is on the ground floor and the other two are on the first and second floors. Each has its own entrance. As a whole, Villa Fani has 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The apartment on the ground floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a second with 2 single beds, a bathroom, a dining area for up to 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet access and parking for 4 cars.
You can enjoy your holiday, relax and have fun with family or friends by the pool, which is equipped with 6 sun loungers and a parasol. The villa is completely fenced so that your children can move freely.
There is also a pedal boat available on the beach.
This large villa is located in a small holiday village by the sea in Vinkuran.
Pula, the largest city in Istria, only 5 km from the villa, is known worldwide for its breathtaking Colosseum, an ancient amphitheatre built in the 1st century and ruled by the Roman Emperor Vespansian. The unspoilt nature of the Premantura Cape Kamenjak Nature Park is also nearby (9.5 km long, 1.5 km wide, with a total of 30 km of indented coastline). Besides cultural and historical beauties, Istria offers unique gastro experience, which is well known in this part of Europe. Homemade Istrian prosciutto (prut), wine, Istrian pasta (fuzi) are just some of the many delicious gastronomic pleasures. Istrian peninsula is home to one of the most beautiful national parks in this part of Europe - Brijuni.
