The village of La Azhoia is a 10 minute walk from the flat and there are bars and restaurants nearby and a sandy beach within easy reach. A larger selection of beaches can be found in Puerto de Mazarron, Bahia and Bolnuevo. Many are blue flag beaches that meet European quality standards. The new marina of Puerto de Mazarron is also within easy driving distance, and here you will also find a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Although a car is not essential, we recommend renting one to fully enjoy the area. The property is ideally situated for visiting Cartagena, Mazarron and the inland Sierra Espuñas. Whatever the season, there is something nearby to enjoy!
Located in the El Pinar de San Ginés urbanisation in La Azohia, this two bedroom, one bathroom flat is well equipped and has a large private rooftop solarium with stunning sea and mountain views.
A large table with 6 chairs will allow you to enjoy wonderful lunches and dinners on the solarium in the shade under the large awning and is a treat not to be missed! The solarium is an ideal place to watch the sunset with a glass of local wine. The solarium also has sun loungers and a parasol.
The accommodation has some stairs to the front door and stairs to the roof terrace and comprises: living room with sofa and two separate chairs, dining table with 4 chairs, DVD player, Spanish TV and WiFi available in the property. A balcony off the lounge offers you some views of the beautiful sea and mountains, with a set of table and chairs for relaxing. The kitchen has a large fridge, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, toaster and washing machine.
All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space. The master bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds.
The bathroom has a bath with shower.
The flat is equipped with air conditioning and heating in all rooms. The air conditioning is metered and credit is included in the booking. Additional air conditioning cards can be purchased from local staff.
