Wonderful restoration for an impressive result

This house is located halfway along a secondary road that connects the town of Pollensa and the Port of Pollensa. From this convenient location, you have very easy and quick access to Port de Pollença (specially known for its beautiful coastline, nice beaches and its great diversity of shops and restaurants), as well as its proximity to the historic town of Pollença where you can also find a wide cultural and gastronomic offer.

Villa El Crever is a 200-year-old house that has been tastefully restored by the owners. During the winter of 2020 - 2021, it has been the subject of a new and careful renovation in which a modern style has been combined with the traditional elements of an old Mallorcan house, the result being a much more modern house adapted to current times although retaining the character of the old local architecture. Among the improvements carried out in this latest renovation are the installation of air conditioning units in the bedrooms, renovation of all bathrooms, new kitchen, new floors and new modern lighting throughout the house.
From the main entrance of the house you access a spacious living-dining room with a beautiful vaulted arch. From this room we can move on to the kitchen, surely the part of the house that has best maintained the style that the property presented in past times.However, it is equipped with a small breakfast area, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and refrigerator. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom and two full bathrooms. From the entrance, a staircase leads to the upper floor where we first find a living room equipped with sofas where we can enjoy a good movie on the magnificent 65-inch television. The smart TV is prepared with a wireless internet connection so that customers can enjoy their Amazon, Netflix and other platforms accounts. On the upper floor we also find the other four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en-suite), as well as a terrace from which the views are lost in the distance.It should be noted that the house has various configurations for the beds and it is possible to convert some of them to double beds, (always upon request) allowing the distribution of the house to remain with 3 double beds and 2 double beds. Outside, whose floors have also been completely renovated, there is a more than beautiful and peaceful garden, as well as a covered terrace provided with the necessary furniture to enjoy meals outdoors (previously cooked on the barbecue that is there). and, of course, the pool where you can cool off if you wish. In addition, one of the terraces also has a billiards where you can spend a pleasant time with friends or family.Finally, it is worth mentioning that the area in which this villa is located is ideal for going for a walk, both on foot and by bicycle, as there are several secondary roads with little traffic. In addition, the property offers free Internet connection via Wi-Fi.
