The almost 80 square metre holiday home for a maximum of four people is detached on a 530 square metre separate recreational plot in the immediate vicinity of Warthe. A bathing area on the Achterwasser is about 600 metres away and the Baltic Sea beach is about 25 km away.
The former farmhouse from the 19th century was completely renovated in 2008 and modernised again in 2018. Great importance was attached to the use of high-quality natural products, which makes it an allergy-friendly accommodation. The entire ground floor is rented out. There is a large living/dining area (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, mini hi-fi, desk, holiday library, dining table), an open and fully equipped kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, various kitchen appliances), 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds that can be put together) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The accommodation is heated by central heating and a wood-burning stove in the living area. Outside there is a furnished terrace, barbecue facilities, sun loungers, secure storage for bicycles and a car park. A cot and high chair can be provided for small children. W-LAN is also available.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels and water consumption. Energy consumption (gas, electricity) will be charged on site on departure.
Warthe is a small fishing village on the Lieper Winkel, a dreamy peninsula between the Peenestrom and the Achterwasser. A bathing possibility at the Peenestrom/Achterwasser is approx. 150 m away from the property, to the imperial baths (Bansin, Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck) it is approx. 25 km.
