So much charm! When the bougainvilleas are in bloom, the main house of Son Capellot, which is over 200 years old, literally shines. This renovated country estate has more than 200,000 m² of land and five holiday apartments, each with one or two bedrooms, making it the perfect agritourism holiday destination for pure peace and relaxation! As you stroll among the fragrant apple, lemon, olive and almond trees and watch the flocks of sheep grazing nearby, you naturally tend to switch down a gear and recharge your batteries. A magnificent 16-metre-long pool, protected by a child safety gate, lies like its own little sea right on the doorstep; sun loungers under parasols are available to all guests free of charge. Tables and chairs on the partially covered communal terrace, niches and corners decorated with flowers and the lounge inside with adjoining breakfast room (for cooler days) offer plenty of opportunity to socialise with other guests, relax, etc. Retreat to nature with a good book or your yoga mat. And if you want to leave your hire car at the property, it's just a 10-minute bike ride or a half-hour walk into town, where you'll find several nice cafés to visit.

There are five newly renovated, modern holiday apartments of different sizes to choose from on the property: Son Capellot Dos, a holiday home for two people on the upper floor of the smaller house, is accessible via an external staircase and its own small terrace , which offers wonderful views of the garden and surrounding countryside. White walls and white furniture create a bright, fresh and clear atmosphere across 42 m². In addition to a loft-style bedroom with a double bed consisting of two mattresses measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m and an open-plan living room, there is also a fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge and microwave, as well as a bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination. You can easily prepare small meals here yourself or use the communal barbecue. The nearest restaurants are also not far away. Of course, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning and radiators, so you are equipped for any weather in the season from April to October.

The small village of Felanitx has one of the oldest churches in Mallorca and is a great place for a quiet holiday, yet is so centrally located that many attractive destinations are within easy reach: The fishing village of Portocolom and the child-friendly sandy beach of Cala Marçal and the beach of Platja de S'Arenal, the Mallorcan Tuscany around Santanyí and Cas Concos des Cavaller, the Mondragó Nature Park, the pretty town of Campos and Manacor, a town known for its pearls. Whether on foot, by bike or by car, it is incredibly easy to get around here. Felanitx itself is a town known for its wine and vineyards. After a stroll through the narrow streets, we definitely recommend a wine tasting in one of the bodegas. Two magnificent buildings rise between the peaks of the surrounding hills and offer spectacular views: the Castell de Santueri, carved into the rock, and the Santuari de Sant Salvador. And beaches such as Es Trenc (25 km), Cala Sa Nau or Cala Mitjana (both 16 km) are definitely worth a visit! Idyllic agritourism oasis from April to October: Let yourself be enchanted by five separate holiday apartments (with breakfast service) on the 200-year-old Son Capellot estate. Lush gardens and orchards, a long, rectangular communal pool and the charming little wine village of Felanitx with shops and a weekly market - everything you need for an all-round relaxing holiday in the countryside. Some of the most beautiful beaches on the east and south coast await you here, as well as cycle tours through the windmill region.
