Villa Tenja is situated on a beautiful and spacious plot of land totalling approx. 16,000 m². The deliberate absence of disturbing walls or other elements creates a feeling of freedom and distance, which is omnipresent here and allows the view to wander over and into the distance. The centrepiece of the outdoor area is the beautiful pool, surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with easy stepped access. There are plenty of comfortable loungers for you to relax on. If the sun is too strong, you can use a total of three parasols. The loosely placed plants bordering the pool terrace give the impression of an unrestricted, pleasantly sheltered space. The small, adjoining lawn can presumably be used as a lovely playground for the children, just like the other extensive lawns around the house. The house's covered terrace is just a few steps away. With a fantastic view over the garden and the countryside beyond, you can enjoy the many lovely seating areas in this beautiful spot. A wonderful place to greet the day in the open air in the morning and to round off the evening in style, for example with a cosy barbecue evening where you can prepare and taste the fresh regional ingredients.

The interior of the villa is divided over two floors. In the easy-care kitchen you will find everything you need for everyday use, from oven, hob and microwave to dishwasher, fridge, kettle and coffee machine. This room is so generously partitioned that there is enough space for another small dining table. In the combined living/dining room you will find a cosy sofa corner with satellite TV and comfortable seating. Right next to it is a beautiful solid wood table with matching chairs. There is room for six people. The mixture of understated decoration and tasteful furniture gives this room a very cosy and inviting feel. The bedrooms (two of which have en-suite bathrooms) are generously proportioned and furnished with beautiful furniture and materials, as well as being lovingly designed and individually decorated. The absence of many distracting accessories gives these rooms a bright and relaxing charm. Guests have the following beds at their disposal: a double bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 metres and a total of six single beds measuring 0.90 x 1.90 metres. The bright bathrooms are tastefully designed and also functionally equipped. Hairdryers and irons are at your disposal.

If you want to buy groceries, you can either drive from Villa Tenja to the village or alternatively drive to Manacor or Artà. In these two towns you will find everything for your daily needs. Here you will also find a good selection of restaurants offering excellent Mallorcan cuisine. The nearby beaches on the south-east coast are among the most beautiful bays on the island (the so-called Calas de Mallorca).

Villa Tenja is a modern holiday home located on a spacious plot just five minutes north-west of Sant Llorenc. It offers marvellous views over the surrounding countryside. Several beaches, including golf courses, are not far from the villa. Sant Llorenc offers a variety of shopping and dining options.
