Rental cars can be parked safely in the shaded car park of the fully fenced outdoor area. The area around the pool is covered by beautiful lawns and terraces that invite you to relax. You can refresh yourself in the elegant pool with easy access via steps and forget the stress of everyday life while swimming in the 9 metre-long lanes. The water shimmers a beautiful blue colour and creates a radiant sparkle, as bright as the Mallorcan sky. After swimming, it is very tempting to relax on one of the comfortable loungers and soak up the Mediterranean sun. To immerse yourself in a good holiday book, you can make yourself comfortable under a parasol or find a retreat in the pleasant shade on the semi-open terrace. One of the rocking chairs is available for you to immerse yourself in a book and you can even use a relaxing sofa for a little siesta. A lovely dining area on the large terrace invites you to enjoy a barbecue. Mediterranean delicacies can be freshly prepared on the brick barbecue, which is sure to delight the barbecue masters. You can also enjoy a glass of fine wine until late in the evening and sit together in a festive atmosphere with pleasant lighting.

In the former fishing village, the pretty promenade invites you to take a stroll or visit restaurants or bars. The villa is located close to the easily audible road that connects the town of Muro with the coast, so you can discover the beautiful beaches of the north in a short time. The quiet, tranquil town of Sa Pobla is particularly lively on Sunday mornings, when the weekly market takes place. Here you can buy lots of fresh local produce and experience the typical Mallorcan atmosphere. Sa Pobla is also known as Mallorca's vegetable basket, as the fertile soil produces so many agricultural products. The modern, friendly new build is located in a rural setting on a private plot and is just a few minutes' drive from the large bay of Alcúdia with its many beautiful sandy beaches. Muro and the nearby village of Sa Pobla are only 4 km away. Here you can go shopping or visit a restaurant. In addition, the location is ideal for exploring the northern coastal part of the island and finding your favourite beach.
