Stepped path (40 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, railway station "LLançà" 2.6 km, sandy beach "Platja de Guifreu" 750 m. Please note: car recommended, no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

2-room apartment 40 m2. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Bright, simple furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar. Bath/bidet/WC. Large terrace 18 m2.
