The lyrics of the song Der Wind streicht über's weite Land could have been written especially for Villa Son Fred. The most striking feature of this house is the sheer endless expanse all around. There is also a good chance that you can sit in one of the attractive outdoor seating areas, whether outside or in the covered area, and let the Mediterranean breeze blow around you while you enjoy the impressive panoramic views. And that's not all: marvellous tranquillity surrounds this little corner of the world. You can choose between two sun-protected areas: one directly in front of the house and one to the side. The first is ideal for all communal meals and for drinks in between thanks to its furnishings with a beautiful dining table and chairs as well as an inviting poly wicker seating area. The side seating area is also ideal for barbecues in the afternoon or evening, as the barbecue only needs to be fired up and filled with fresh delicacies. When it gets hot, jump into the pool tiled with blue mosaic tiles and then enjoy the refreshing feeling of the Mediterranean breeze as it cools your skin - perhaps under the awning that matches the air theme? On the terrace next to the pool, soft loungers are available for cosy hours in the daylight.

Moving between the outdoor and indoor living areas could hardly be easier: from the terrace, you can access the lounge directly, where a stylish, light-coloured sofa ensures luxurious moments even when you're indoors. If you like, you can even watch your favourite TV series while lying down or let your daydreams run free by the open fire in the evening. Absolutely original: a specially installed heating system with fans can heat the entire house via the fireplace if required. Sitting at the dining table is also comfortable and offers a view of the outdoors. In the event that outdoor dining is not possible due to the weather, this is an equally nice alternative. The pleasantly bright kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Here you will find a large fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso machine etc. and everything you need for a completely independent everyday life on holiday. You can relax in a cosy atmosphere in the adult bedrooms, which are sparsely decorated and have comfortable double beds. The children's room welcomes little holiday guests with pictures, colourful book spines and Hello Kitty. Two practical bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, round off the space on offer in the house. As one of the bedrooms has its own bathroom, grandparents can easily spend the night here and enjoy some privacy while children and parents share the other bathroom.

This villa is ideal as a base for exploring the beautiful south-east of the island. The nearby picturesque town of Felanitx attracts many tourists with its narrow streets, cafés, one of Mallorca's oldest churches and the hustle and bustle of the Sunday market. In the natural and fishing harbour of Portocolom, guests can linger in the quaint pubs, bars and typical Mallorcan restaurants. The town itself is also worth a visit for its historic old town. The so-called calas, the unspoilt and sometimes inaccessible beaches, are also within easy reach and are well worth exploring.

Living in a marvellous secluded location in the countryside and experiencing nothing but wide open spaces all around you is possible at Villa Son Fred! And all this with easy access to all kinds of amenities such as supermarkets and restaurants: Felanitx can be reached in just 10 minutes and Manacor is only half an hour away. It takes about the same time to reach various beautiful beaches in the attractive south-eastern coastal area of Mallorca, such as Cala Murada or Cala Marçal.
