This is a place where the bright blue sky is interspersed with just a few clouds. It welcomes you with perfect feel-good temperatures and a balmy breeze that smells of the sea and holiday bliss. This may sound cheesy, but it is the reality if you decide to take a break from your busy everyday life in this newly built Villa Ses Portes. The L-shaped villa is surrounded by a garden with a lush green lawn where young trees grow into a great future. The property is completely open in a landscape typical of the south of the island, over which you can let your gaze wander for miles. Anyone who appreciates the clear design of comprehensive minimalism is in the right place here. The pool, for example, has a classic rectangular design and thanks to its spacious layout, you can swim refreshing laps at any time. It is surrounded by cosy sun loungers where you can dry your skin immediately after swimming. And if it's not warm enough, you can also light the first charcoal for a festive barbecue. There are two dining tables on the covered, shaded terrace, so there is plenty of room for larger groups of travellers. The finca has been in new hands for a short time (2021) and as finca guests you will be personally looked after by the owner Juan and his wife Yolanda, just like at the Son Mito and Can Tem fincas.

Finally, there are a total of four double bedrooms in this extremely modern house, which promise a good night's sleep thanks to their bright, clear furnishing lines and comfortable beds. Two of the bedrooms are directly connected to their own bathroom, which is ideal for guests who value privacy. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom, but there shouldn't be any shortages as there is also a guest WC in the house, which was created for the living, cooking and dining area. A bright living room with a white sofa set invites you to linger and spend a cosy evening in front of the TV or plan the next day of your holiday. There is also a dishwasher in the well-equipped kitchen with another dining table, so you don't run the risk of spending too much of your precious holiday time on everyday household chores.

Better a fresh start! Finally, a great advantage of this villa is its location between the two villages of Campos and Colonia de Sant Jordi, with a wide variety of excursion and day trip options: Campos is the place for you if you want to savour the authentic market atmosphere or have a sip of espresso in one of the island's typical cafés. Follow the road south and you will reach the picturesque fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi, where you can watch the boats manoeuvring as they enter the harbour. Es Trenc, 11 kilometres away, is not only known for its beautiful natural beach with a shallow entrance into the sea, but also proves to be a good starting point for various water sports adventures. We recommend a visit to Ses Salines, a nature reserve with salt pools 6 kilometres away.

The family-friendly, newly built Villa Ses Portes brings you close to the most beautiful beaches in the south of the island. It is located in the countryside between Campos, which attracts visitors with a lively weekly market on Thursdays and Saturdays, and the former fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi, offering all the benefits of the nearby sea. Beaches such as Es Trenc (11 km) or Cala Pi (26 km) are best reached by car.
